• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Glaucoma
• Severe asthma (especially if breathing techniques are involved)
• Recent surgery or serious medical procedures

Age Restrictions

Sessions are only available to individuals 18 years and older.
